The general terms and conditions applicable to our company correspond to the
General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH).
The cancellation conditions apply as follows:
You can withdraw from the booking at any time. Withdrawal can only be made in writing, preferably by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The date of withdrawal is determined by receipt of the declaration of withdrawal.
A lot can happen from booking to arrival; cancellation is unpleasant for both parties. That’s why we really recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This means you are insured in the event of unforeseeable events.
Cancellation fees in case of cancellation:
Up to 2 months before the day of arrival € 30,00 for processing
Up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40 % of the invoice amount
Up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the invoice amount
In the last week before your arrival date 90 % of the invoice amount
Delayed arrival & early departure:
We cannot be held responsible for delays in arrival or early departure (e.g. bad weather, etc.). The fees must also be paid for the days not used. Likewise, parking spaces or rental accommodation that were vacated early or not occupied can be filled elsewhere.
The place of jurisdiction is the Zell am See district court. Austrian law applies.
