Electricity Electricity costs are billed either as a flat rate or according to kWh consumption, depending on the season and time of year.
From May 1st to September 30th, 2025, electricity will be charged at a flat rate of € 4.50 per night.

DOWN PAYMENT:
When booking, a deposit of 50% of the invoice amount is required to make your reservation binding. If we do not receive this deposit within 3 days of booking, we unfortunately cannot reserve the booking.
The deposit can be made by credit card, Paypal or instant bank transfer when the booking is confirmed.
